What could go wrong? (Weather, competition, supply chain...)
Challenge: ChatGPT throws an external force your way—how does your company adapt?
Concepts: External forces, flexibility, communication
✅ Class 3: Risk, Money & Tough Choices
What’s a profit? What happens when your ad flops?
Challenge: Spend your pretend budget wisely and make 1 big decision—play it safe or take a risk?
